Much of the day-to-day work happens in committees, and every one of them has room for another neighbor. No experience is required.
Most committees meet in conjunction with the monthly membership meeting at the Community Center. Special sessions are called as needed.
Sets road maintenance priorities and works with the Sanitary District on the community's roads.
The community's roads are maintained through the Warren County Shenandoah Farms Sanitary District. This committee helps prioritize grading, drainage, and paving, and supports the ongoing turnover of roads to VDOT.

Cares for the lakes, riverfront landings, parks, and shared grounds owned by the membership.
From Spring Lake and Lake of the Clouds to the Riverview Boat Landing, Treasure Island, and John “Junior” Shipe Park, this committee keeps the common properties welcoming.

Plans community recreation and the gatherings that bring neighbors together.
Monthly during the active season.
Reviews long-range planning and improvements, including the Capital Improvement Plan.
Meets through the year, with CIP recommendations in the first quarter.
Supports the budget and the association's financial oversight.

Keeps the community informed through the website, newsletter, and Facebook.
